Vermentino di Gallura DOCG - Invidia White 6 x 75cl

Straw yellow colour with greenish tones. A delicate scent of orange blossom and Mediterranean scrub, fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Delicate, with good structure, where a slight softness combined with intense mineral sensations, the result of its sapidity and freshness, make it balanced and elegant. A pleasant bitter sensation further characterizes its typicality.

Consorzio San Michele was born in 2013 on the initiative of four owners of vineyards with 10 acres in San Michele, Berchidda. The area is particularly suited to the production of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG. It is 350 m. high on the slopes of Limbara, granitic in decay, is the ideal soil for this crop. The main objective of the Consortium is a high quality product that enhances the character of the grapes and the earth from which it came.
