Pale pink sparkling wine with delicate, long-lingering bead. Intense bouquet, crisp and refined, with emphatic fragrances of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry, followed by elegant Foral notes of rose petals and subtle Mediterranean spice. Smooth and fresh in the mouth, with crisp acidity. Supple and delicate, with a tasty vein of mineral salt, same aromas as on the nose, and a dry finish.

The Ceschin, an ancient Veneto family, are the owners of the entire estate, which was created by Ettore, an enlightened businessman whose dream was to create the highest-quality wines from the choicest grape varieties.
