● Grade A Porcini mushrooms, expertly selected, carefully prepared and frozen within a few hours of picking to preserve their excellent organoleptic properties before being packed by hand.

● Ready-cleaned for practical quick use, they are ideal for preparing delicious risotto, pasta dishes, gourmet pizza, tasty sauces and elegant side dishes.

 

Preparation

● Cook before eating.

● Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen mushrooms and cook them using your own recipe as you would for fresh mushrooms.

● In the frying pan: place the frozen mushrooms in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and a knob of butter. Cook on a high heat initially until all the water has evaporated, then season with salt and pepper and continue cooking on a moderate heat. Add garlic and chopped parsley to bring out full flavour.
