Fina’s interpretation of rosé wine is inspired by the international tradition, in particular from the French one which considers the Merlot grapes among the most suitable for the production of this type of wine. Merlot was introduced in Italy in the mid-nineteenth century and it found the ideal environmental conditions in many northern regions. In Sicily it came around the 1980s, showing a truly surprising adaptation.

 

Elegant pale rosé color. Flowery bouquet of peach, jasmine, orange and boxwood blossom. Intense and round taste with notes of sour cherry, peach, blackberries and tropical fruits as lychees and grapefruit.
