Monte Veronese Malga 3-5 months 2.5kg

Semi-cooked cheese made with unpasteurised cows’ milk
salted in brine and aged for a minimum of 3 months.  It has an elastic rind while the body is slightly straw yellow in colour with small, diffused holes. The flavour is delicate, lactic and pleasant.
