100% Apulian product. New recipe that is detached from those in the can. Processing by hand in selection, tanning and grilling which is pleasing to the eye and not bitter to the taste. Chromatically natural. Season according to the traditional recipe with aromatic herbs and a very light veil of chilli pepper.
