Greccio Bianco, Colli di Conegliano DOCG White 6 x 75cl
Product description
Chardonnay, Incrocio, Manzoni.
Straw yellow with some depth. The bouquet is emphatic and complex, opening with mineral notes and crusted bread, which then yield to ripe tropical fruit, apricot, peach, and pineapple, then to impressions of fresh greens, citrus, and grapefruit; it closes with a hint of wisteria. The palate is crisp and harmonious, with a well-balanced acidity and a hint of mineral salts; elegant, finishes long.
About the brand
In the Veneto, amidst the Colli di Conegliano hillslopes, is the Ceschin family winery. Since 1965, Ettore Ceschin, the founder Gisueppes son, has directed the family wine operation with the same calm determination as his father. He gave the winery the name Bepin De Eto, in homage to his father, his family, and his history.
The vineyards of the area demand overwhelming dedication and attention, but the Guyot-trained vines enjoy fine exposure, a climate so special as to merit fully two denominations of monitored and limited origin, one ‘’Conegliano Valdobbiadene’’ Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the other ‘’Colli di Conegliano’’ DOCG, both regulated by individual production codes, both true guarantees of high quality. A quality that after harvest must be maintained in the cellar. Here Ettore, assisted by his three daughters, exercises the same relentless commitment in following every single step of the winemaking process.
