Gavi di Gavi DOCG – Tenuta Il Bergo (Cortese) 6 x 75cl

The main product of the company: intense straw yellow in colour, the wine is clear, with fine golden reflections. The scent is strong, fragrant and characteristic, with pleasant and elegant apricot and citrus notes on a very delicate mineral and rusty background. Warm, savoury, harmonious mineral and juicy taste.

Located on the hills of Liguria and a few kilometres from Gavi, the Dario Bergo estate currently owns 25 hectares. The vines exposure, soil diversity and the microclimate generate a complex and refined Gavi di Gavi wine made exclusively from manually harvested Cortese grapes. Severe pruning and a constant thinning out allow lower yields. The winery boasts a modern cellar with steel thermo-conditioned vats, pneumatic presses, layer, vacuum, siliceous earth filters, and sterile bottling line. The new designed wine cellar is attesting years of hard work and dedication.
