Medium straw yellow with a fragrant bouquet rich of citrus fruit and mineral notes, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. It is vibrant, fresh and sapid on the palate. Produced from vines aged up to 30 years old.

Palmento Costanzo was born inside the Natural Park of Mount Etna, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located in Contrada Santo Spirito, inside the village of Passopisciaro, a small pearl set on the on the northern slope of Etna, part of Castiglione di Sicilia municipality. It is the passion for this land, for the indomitable volcano, that traces the company philosophy: to pay homage to the first winemakers who, for centuries, have given value to the territory, weaving the history of Etna viticulture. A heritage that deserves a bright future, that the company wishes to pursued with commitment and respect, highlighting the identity of Etna’s autochthonous grape varieties and terroir.
