Straw yellow colours, with a complex bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruit, honey, saffron, with aromatic herbs and petrol hints. It is fresh, juicy and persistent on the palate with a sapid finish.
About the brand
Palmento Costanzo was born inside the Natural Park of Mount Etna, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located in Contrada Santo Spirito, inside the village of Passopisciaro, a small pearl set on the on the northern slope of Etna, part of Castiglione di Sicilia municipality. It is the passion for this land, for the indomitable volcano, that traces the company philosophy: to pay homage to the first winemakers who, for centuries, have given value to the territory, weaving the history of Etna viticulture.
