At sight it is bright red with garnet purple reflections. The nose is rich, complex and in full evolution. The notes of red pulp fruit are intriguing and then leave room for sweet and vanilla ones. The spices recall the Mediterranean scrub and the strong aroma of its woody essences. In the mouth it is proud and decisive. The subtle acidity leaves room for pleasant velvety and full-bodied sensations. Strong gustatory impact that shows no sign of diminishing even after moments of waiting.

The winery was founded in 1950 by the will of a group of winemakers from Oliena in order to enhance the cannonau wine. The culture of work and being together has made the choice of setting up the winery in the form of a cooperative prevail, so as to give impetus to entrepreneurial activity but with profound social implications and above all to carry on that company philosophy based on quality rather than profit, which has distinguished the winery since its establishment. The winery combines ancient methods, handed down over time, with the most advanced production technologies.
