Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Bianco di Nera is by definition Milazzo’s semi sparkling. It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat corto (short Charmat): second fermentation lasts only two weeks approximately in bulk tanks to enhance the perfumes in the glass and an over all smoothness.

 

Beautiful light straw yellow colour with greenish hints, elegant to the nose, fragrant with aromatic vegetal notes, develops flavours of yellow fruits and sweet tones. Full to the palate, with a balanced acidic profile.
